Shipping Information

We ship 90% of our items same or next day. If an item will not be shipped within 1 business days, we will contact you via e-mail with an approximate ETA. We sell many varied and specialty items that may not ship immediately but are available.

In Stock: In stock items ship same or next business days.  Sometimes our stock levels are off - if this is the case, we will email you right away!

More In Stock at Distributor:  If an item is in stock at our distributor, it means we can get it but there might be a delay.  Lead times and delays are marked as accurately as possible.

Once an order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking #. If you don't see this email, please check your SPAM folder!

Tracking not showing enough information? When a label is generated, you won't see any details until an order is picked up for the day.

Does your item look delayed? The tracking information you see is the only information we have as well. Sometimes items get delayed or misrouted. We encourage you to contact you local post office and/or the post office where your order was last scanned.

Lower 48 States:

Online Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping!*

We also offer flat rate shipping for $7.99 as well as actual shipping cost rates for Fedex Ground, Fedex 2-Day, and Fedex Express.

*The free shipping option must be selected at checkout. If you neglected to select the free shipping option for your order, please contact us with your order number and we will refund you.

Everywhere else:

We charge actual shipping. You will see a shipping estimate on the cart page and at checkout. Occasionally, our shipping estimator is incorrect and we will contact you with an amended shipping rate based on actual charges.

Flat Rate & Free Shipping:

Your item will ship via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex Ground - whichever option is most economical.

Drop Shipped Items: We drop ship some items from a variety of locations. Drop ship items typically ship same or next day and tracking information will be provided in most cases. Drop shipped items do not follow the same transit times rules as noted above.

International Shipping:

Yes!  We ship internationally every day. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, and/or customs fees charged by your government.

We cannot ship any item that contains an engine outside of the United States. We also cannot ship batteries or liquids.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international items.

Expedited Shipping:

We offer expedited shipping at checkout. Our cutoff time for an expedited order to go out same day is 2PM Eastern Standard Time. If you order after this time, your order will ship the next day.

Expedited shipping does not include Saturday or Sunday as a transit day.

If you need expedited shipping with Saturday delivery, please call us at (877) 272-7941 for a rate quote.

Not all items are in stock and available at our Levittown location to ship same day.  If an item isn't available, for immediate shipment we will contact you.

California Restrictions:

Certain items are restricted from shipment to California. In our product information page, we note items that cannot ship to this state. If you place an order for a restricted item, we will cancel it.
